Flowers were beautiful! The whole family is enjoying them!

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what I wanted. Florist even made a special trip to get sunflowers (he was currently out of )for the arrangement, after I told him they were the recepients favorite. Will definitely use them again

What EXTRAordinary service! I ordered online very last minute, an hour before same day delivery ended, for a very specific flower based arrangement. The owner called immediately, noting that the flower that we requested were temporarally out of stock because the provider wasn't able to get the gorgeous size and quality that they were committed to providing. HUGE points for the acknowledgement! He offered several alternates, including upgrades that he wouldn't charge for under the circumstances. When I talked through my geniune want for the specific flower I ordered, he offered to recommend other florists that may be carrying it or that he could, noting that they wouldn't be as amazing as what he would have otherwise provided, but if I wanted them that badly that he would go to the local market where he know they had some to be used to the bouquet. I couldnt be more thrilled. Truly above and beyond- they are now my go to florist because they absolutely will get it done. Thank you Midtown Flowers!
