My order was confirmed and money taken from my account very swiftly. I emailed other requests and got no response. I would have liked to see bouquet before delivery as other relations in Ireland were named on bouquet. Finally I had to have my son living in Washington DC call the florist and then I got a reply.
This was my second order this week. The first order was beautiful and perfect. The second one, a sympathy bouquet for beloved family I can't be with, was meant to be a bright colored arrangement. The florist called me to tell me they were out of lillies due to Coovid related supply but would make sure the arrangement was beautiful and supplemented with other flowers. I asked for the arrangement to be bright colors. I just got a photo of what was delivered and it is an entirely white and green arrangement. It is beautiful but not what I asked for. I think there was a miscommunication. Oh well. You do beautiful arrangements, nonetheless. Thank you.
